F450 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f450 platform available at f450.bio, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. The f450 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to engage in online betting activities under the laws of their jurisdiction. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access the full features of the f450 platform, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without notice.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. f450 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Your password must be unique, strong, and never shared with anyone. f450 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial communication channel.

As an f450 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the system or game outcomes.

The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools intended to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform is strictly prohibited. f450 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account termination and freezing of funds, should any such attempt be detected.

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes the rights of any third party through this platform. f450 reserves the right to remove such content and report it to the relevant authorities where necessary.

All financial transactions on the f450 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local payment methods including Bank Transfer via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online payment methods supported by licensed banking institutions in Malaysia.

All deposits into your f450 account must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Processing times typically range from one to five business days, depending on the method used.

F450 reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. Any findings that confirm misconduct may result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.

The f450 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. f450 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from errors, or suited to your specific needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, f450 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions.

F450 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, detection of fraud or illegal activity, requests from regulatory authorities, or at f450's discretion for platform security reasons. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any unused bonus balance will be forfeited, while legitimate deposit balances are subject to investigation before any withdrawal is permitted.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

All content on the f450 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of f450 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or exploiting any such content without prior written consent.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
